Shipping

For the time being, we are choosing to default to a shipping charge of $10.50, which is the courier charge for shipments within NZ up to 10kg. These will normally be dispatched next working day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

For orders that are heavier than 10kgs or for overseas orders we will calculate the shipping charges manually and send you a follow-up email detailing the correct freight and asking for your confirmation of the order.

Please note: To protect our clients from fraudulent transactions, we may contact Credit Card owners to confirm orders before shipment. Credit Cards orders from Indonesia are currently unable to be processed, we will contact you with information on other payment methods.
